1. Nature of the Service

2. Access and Registration

By using our Services you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete information (including name and bank/PayPal details). Discrepancies at payout may trigger a fraud investigation.
• Have only ONE account per person, household, and IP connection. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

3. Fraud Prevention: VPNs, Proxies, and Bots

To maintain advertiser trust, our fraud detection is strict. The following is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and balance freeze:

• Using VPNs, proxy servers (residential or datacenter), Tor, or any other means to conceal or alter your real location.
• Using virtualization, emulators (e.g. BlueStacks, Nox), or virtual machines for mobile offers.
• Automation via bots, scripts, or auto-clickers.
• Submitting false evidence (manipulated screenshots, identity fraud) to claim an unvalidated offer.

4. Rewards, Credits, and Payouts

• Validation: Rewards are credited only after strict validation by the advertiser. This can take from a few minutes to 30 days. We do not guarantee a payout if the advertiser rejects the submission.
• Payouts: Payout requests are reviewed manually or automatically. Minimum amounts depend on the payment method (typically $5).
• Value: Amounts or points on the site have no legal or market value outside our platform until they are actually and validly paid out.

5. Cancellations, Rejections, and Chargebacks

If an advertiser reports that an offer was completed with a stolen credit card (in-app) or in violation of our rules, we reserve the right to adjust your balance accordingly. If your balance goes negative as a result, you can restore it by completing new tasks.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of the Site, design, text, graphics, and underlying software are protected by copyright. Without our written permission you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that offers are always available or that you will earn continuously. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from use of the site.
